Go to control # 90/008,474 choose "Image file wrapper" down the long list to date 5-13-2009 RXC/SR Reexam Certificate of service 2 pages What is confusing to me is that it is signed by our Lawyer and submitted to the other reexam parties. If it were just stating that the other reexams were being merged wouldn't that come from the USPTO to the other parties.
