I don't think it hurts us one iota. He's involved with TPL. Let them hash it out. If TPL loses the MMP then we move on to Duane Morris or someone else or TPL can still do the litigation. I guess the courts will decide who gets what. I have been waiting so long it doesn't really matter what I'm waiting for anymore. gltal RJ
