I will respond to Herbert and ask if there are possibly other members of EU-IR that he may not be unaware of, that could be working with potential clients for investment in PTSC.

In his reply, he stated that he was not aware of Patriot Scientific but also in his reply it seems that he represented the whole of EU-IR as he used 'we', in my very humble opinion. Unless Herbert is in a position to know all business relations of EU-IR, he may not be unaware of others at EU-IR working with/for PTSC.
