rather than the BoD just opting to place $15m into them, they took advice and guidance, then acted. It was a win-win situation, in my very humble opinion because they could sue if they didn't perform as stated and if they had, the returns would be greater than standard interest on the principal.

I would have been very concerned had the BoD, without external guidance, placed the sum in ARS, and that marks the difference.
