Along that line of thaught RG;s hear no evil..see no evil approach), would not that approach be appropriate at the present time? Would not the MMP & BOD battle be better faught in the future after we get PDSG going? Rome was not built in a day..and neither is an OTC stock. Divison of our limited resoures presently may not be the best strategy at the moment. Itis hard to fight multiple battles and the same time..fight the most immediate..rest..and take on the next commer at the appropriate time. Expensive litigation / arbitration over the MMP / commercialization agreement would be poorly timed IMO..as to the BOD issues, I agree that this needs to be addressed..sooner rather than later..USPTO and Crossflo / PDSG are probably more of RG's immediate concerns..
