Outstanding post as always, lamberts!!! I agree with everything you've stated because I think you are spot on. But I will beg to differ with 'decent cash'. Yes, it would have be decent if PTSC had already acquired Crossflo and their other acquisitions. Not a lot you can do with 20 million dollars virtually starting from scratch. And how much of that was tied up in the ARS illiquid assets and for how long? yes, plenty of companies going belly up in the down market, one would think PTSC could find something decent. But that's risky as well. There are reasons why companies are up for sale or going belly up....they're not profitable. And with the assets tied up, and the MMP looking as if someone was carving out the headstone for it, again, I repeat myself, not a lot Goerner could do. And again, nearly all of it during the 'Worst economic failure since the Great Depression'. ( said with a little sarcasm)
Yes, there could have been better communications but even that, imo, wouldn't have erased the horrid 'rap sheet' that you've so eloquently stated regarding the history of PTSC.
Not to argue with you, (mainly because I don't think I could win or make you see it the way i do) because I'm in 99% total agreement with you. I do believe that new investors are more interested in the direction of the 'new' PTSC/PTSC with regard to revenue vs 400MM outstanding shares than the historical chicaneries of past management/CEO's. And the way volume is looking...the interests is waning. When do we let go of the past and support the new direction? That's the multi-million dollar question.
Again, great post!!
