I disagree with my Pittsburgh pal. While in concept what you say is is true, in reality this is all about alliances and politics. If RG wanted to get rid of a board member, he CAN do it by working with other board members to either oust them or negotiate an amicable separation. He could also work on filling the empty spot with another pro-RG member as presumably Schrock is. There are ways to lay the foundation for change in that BOD make-up, and then to execute on that change. Some prettier than others.
