I Don't think there is anyone here who would disagree with the above but , in reality, can he? This might be one of those easier said than done items.
One might assume that the three amigos might prefer RG to keep busy doing other stuff. And even if RG took it upon himslef to look into it w/o board approval, the way that agreement is written, I think TPL could file a lawsuit against RG/PTSC if he attempted to do anything publicly. Like it or not, that contract basically says take no actions that might be counter-productive to the successful commercialization of the MMP.
If I remember correctly, Moore is excused. He can do anything he wants w/o penalty. But I don't think PTSC can. Hence, if PTSC goes down that road, they need to be prepared to do battle in court and risk the dissolution of the commercialization agreement. Unfortunately, I don't think PTSC is prepard to go the distance. At least at this point in time. That is my opinion FWIW. Opty
