Steve - the quote above is right on target. Patriot is a crapshoot - if it weren't, the SP would be higher than .13.

I think RG made presentations to Institutional Groups to "get Patriot on their watch lists". He knows too well that the institutional investors "currently" won't touch Patriot with a 10 foot poll. He knows that "if" Patriot becomes successful, "then" the institutional groups will be instrumental in launching the SP even higher.
