So it looks like Obama signed the "recovery act" into law on February 17, 2009. JAG program applications are due by July 9, 2009. It also appears that application due dates for some states extend beyond the July 9, 2009. I noticed Montana's application due date was May 18, 2009 as is Oregon and California but Ohio is showing August 1, 2009. I didn't review all states. Since the JAG program is federally funded applcations will need to be approved through our government which more than likely will slow things down some. I would think states with earlier application deadlines would be some of the first states that would purchase PDSG products. You would think we would be getting some sales of the PDSG products. Hopefully some of this will show in the next Q. I wonder if PTSC plans to announce when sales are made or if we will find them only in the Q's?
