Chuck Moore is getting more strange by the day..

If he in fact made those comments about the commercialization agreement that was posted a few days ago, he deserves the dunce hat. All of that could be discoverable (even if arbitration) and I would not opine on what could be construed as admissions that could potentially work against him in the near future. His lawyer (if he has one) must either be pulling out his hair, unaware, or dealing with a mad man that would not listen to good counsel.
