Weaker is perfectly OK with me. I look at it this way. W/O the narrowing of claims we could accuse 100% of potential infringers but limit ourselves to a 10% success rate in court. With the narrowing perhaps we can only accuse 50% of potential infringers but have 90% chance in court. I'd make that kind of trade anytime. It's my 2 cents fwiw. Opty
