Ok lets sum up what we know…

ARS situation is resolved or has become much more Liquid..(about .03 cents a share in CASH..

We where paid 6million for one license..(our take about 2 million)

336 approved in Germany!!

584 approved..( I think)

License volume has improved over the last 4 months..

PTSC business align with growth areas..(data sharing, data security)

No debt…

5 cents a share in cash & ARS

Tax loss carryover

The next two ¼’s combined will = positive earnings total,,(I know this..)

And we trade under .14 cents!!
