'584 Litigation

<All of the defendants were ARM licensees and as part of the preliminary infringement contentions, filed in July 2006, it was alleged that certain ARM technology infringes a single claim in the 584 patent. >

We have known since April 21st that the recertfication was going to happen. Since there has been no withdrawal of the 584 in litigation, might we assume that we stand ready to prove infringement of claim 29 as it is currently worded? Would the 584 be left in, even if that was not the case? Why hasn't ARM jumped into the litigation as it did with the Js? None of the litigants use ARM licensed chips? Hmmmmm
