Market Marker Quandary

Yesterday and this morning bid/ask was 0.129/0.13. Now, the bid/ask is 0.129/0.14. Seems like the market makers are really unsure what to do; hence, this market is ripe for a volume surge. The stock just needs a little nudge from PTSC.
