OK if this is a strategic move by Patriot so be it..however, more license agreements begets more license agreements (IMO). Keeping silent on these events can't be a good thing if we are involved in litigation and other offenders may be on the fence about how they want to proceed - especially if we are gaining traction with the USPTO (maybe this may be the reason for the silence..fly under the radar until the USPTO makes its various decisions..and Patriot has an obligation to report to shareholders - hence their reporting on their website alone)..
Speaking of the USPTO, they seem to move on the patents at relatively the same time (at least they have done so at previous times in the past). If this is the case, we may get some other news on the other patents soon (a long time in comming).
I don't know the reason (can only speculate like others)..but I hope there is a good rationale for doing so (or not doing so would be more correct to say)
Happy Fouth to everyone..especially the longs who have had to endure all of this stuff..hopefully our long wait will be rewarded in the near future..
