Looking at it another way, if she were to be paid $200 per hour, then at $114K, she would have been obligated to work 570 for the year. That equates to 47.5 hrs per month.

Is a member of the Board of Directors of PTSC actually working over one full week per month dedicated to PTSC affairs?

Where is this information posted that would lead you to imply that she's not "doing pretty well"?!
