PTSC is not a billion dollar company, but a company that generated $6M in revenue with rising expenses.

Now, would that $114,000 have better been spent purchasing 1,000,000 shares of stock for our treasury and providing a nominal director fee with limited stock options? I would have to believe that most companies that have seen the value of their stock collapse by 70% with $6M in revenue, a director compensation package of $10,000 and reasonable expenses would be much more tenable. Maybe 100k stock options could also be extended for additional incentives.
