What kind of "Pop" should $351K get us?

Based on the Forbes summaries, we paid the BOD a collective $351K in 2008. We got about an 80% haircut for that amount! Even Farrah's stylist didn't charge THAT much! lol

Considering the renumeration provided to these BOD members, and considering CJ is getting paid equally as much by PPHM, another Swartz enterprise, and considering that based on implications from PTSC management that these BOD members like CJ play a key role in the company mangement, it seems we're only getting half-time employees at best out of them. And focussing on CJ, considering he is the in-house legal counsel for Rosewell Capital, we're clearly getting much less than that out of him. At best, Swartz has offloaded CJ's salary to the companies on which boards he serves.

At some point there actually has to be a POSITIVE return on an employee's efforts for his work to be justifiable, DOESN'T there?
