Looks like Rosewell has rubbed someone the wrong way. Just found this, and don't know anything about the history of it, or if this ACT is perhaps the problem rather than Rosewell, but found it interesting nonetheless. Might be worth looking to see if there's more info on it, and if legit, if the complaints filed have any parallel with PTSC's story.
