When did TPL and PTSC start "resolving patent ownership" ?
I have absolutely no idea.
If you read my reply again, it referred to your stated absence of appreciable revenues from 1999 to 2005 - if a potential licensee was unsure as to ownership there would be little or no incentive to license in case they licensed with the wrong party. Once there was a joint accord, as per prior PR, the licenses started flowing. Ownership had been resolved.
Hence my question, " Wouldn't have anything to do with resolving patent ownership by any chance, would it?
