Ask AMD and Intel, not me. I am not privileged to the internal politics of any company.

But you are fully aware that any co-owner is able to grant a licence for a patent.

Did AMD license because PTSC made them aware of the TPL offer? Did Intel license to limit AMD? Who knows? The list of probable questions could continue but, as I suggested, ask them.

Before you start on "inventorship" I humbly suggest you read all the available documented material.
