Back to 20/20 hindsight again, but were there any other offers of funding on the table for PTSC at that time?

Was the board competent enough to explore and negotiate other options? Or did they do what was easiest because they thought no other options existed. Did they acquiesce? Are the 3 amigos still on the board with their knowledge and thoughtfulness? Shall we somehow expect different results going forward, and if so, why, and perhaps more importantly, when?
