Even though complaints about the BOD have been around for a while. They have reached paricular resonance with the languishing share price and perspective on how the dividends damaged our share price and ability to move forward.

The last shareholder call was the first time I heard anyone outside the message boards call for Mr. Johnson's ouster. These things take time to build towards a consensus.
