My concern is getting suitably qualified EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS on board, who, like, Goerner, will be paid a salary, have a defined job description, and will work to continue the fledgling growth of PTSC.
For those who do not appreciate the difference,
Non-executive directors are the custodians of the governance process. They are not involved in the day-to-day running of business but monitor the executive activity and contribute to the development of strategy.
The same allegation of "doing nothing" would be equally applicable for any person in the non-exec position. It isn't the job!
