<Merger? IPO? Sale?>

Obviously a merger with a company listed on the NASDAQ would be in line with the long range plan. I don't believe IPO or Sale fit the bill unless the MMP is also sold. And until the MMP makes it through the PTO, it would be near impossible to put a value on it. IMHO
