In this scenario, the multiplier would depend greatly upon the outcome of the assessment. If the assessment is indeed being performed to estimate the worth of PDSG, it should also include projections for future worth that could result in an even higher multiple, could it not? I have seen aggregate estimates in the neighborhood of $200B total over the next 5 years for the markets we are targeting, and if we could reasonable expect to tap into just 0.5% of that, that could mean $1B potential revenue over that same period. I realize this is a simplistic look at what is in all likelihood a more complex issue, and it is very speculative on all levels at this point in time, but that is a future worth I could live with, should it unfold in such a way.

I have noted in past posts that the sale of Crossflo, now PDSG, could very well be in the cards someday. It seems to be a very reasonable possibility. The next several months should be quite interesting.
