Based on the Baroni announcement, it sure looks as thought PTSC is trying to assign a value to PDSG either in the effort to sell it, or merge it, or spin it off on it's own.

In any such a scenario, what happens to RG? Does he remain behind to manage what's left of PTSC? Does he go with the new entity he created? Does the move of Holocom to a few miles from PDSG's offices telegraph anything?

With this development, the leaving open of the C.O.B. position seems to make a bit more sense, IMO.

If PDSG is spun off and/or sold/merged, what becomes of PTSC & it's MMP share? Was Leckrone's participation at the last SHM indicative of a stronger role in PTSC and/or perhaps his play for the PTSC half of the MMP?

What would people be happy with if PTSC or PDSG were sold? Is a 2 to 3 multiplier from current levels enough? In reality, I'd be surprised IF anything were to be sold right now, if we'd even get that as, IMO, these type of plays are done when it is best for the buyer, not the seller.

At RG's last post, it took him a little over three years to package up and sell Transdimension. He's been at the helm here less than a year and half. It will be interesting to see if he is executing on that plan quicker this time around, or exploring other options.
