Furthermore, since it seems that Greg Baroni is the significant underlying talent that is associated with this relationship, why wouldn't the company simply hire Greg Baroni as the consultant. Why broadcast a fictitious company at worst, or at best, why not wait the few days it takes to register the LLC and make it official?
