some months ago I told you that I would let you know anything about the German patent court decision concerning the MMP.

As the authorized Judge told me today via mail Deutsche Telekom appealed against the decision before the German Federal Supreme Court.

As far as I see they appealed at the last moment. They must have very good, and above all, absolutely new arguments otherwise the appeal will be dismissed. I assume they just want to play out time before they and all connected companies like for instance HTC have to pay big.

The written decision of the federal patent court isn't available yet but it will be soon as some guy on a German board found out.

I'm still without doubt convinced that PTSC and with it the shareholders will make a huge hit.

It just lasts so long because its all about big money. In the end patience will be on top of the world.
