While I'm not typically one who wants to raise expectations ahead of time, I'm making an exception for this issue.
The USPTO Official Gazette gets published on Tuesdays, and next Tuesday SHOULD contain the OFFICIAL version of the RECENTLY RE-EXAMINED and NEWLY RECERTIFIED '584 Patent! The first of the MMP Portfolio of Patents to emerge from the Re-Examination process.
Its amended language SHOULD be very similar if not identical to the last agreed to language published on the Image Wrapper tab of that re-exam webpage. While not understanding all the technicalities of what each claim means, it seems the prevailing though arguably "finite" wisdom here is that it may in one sense limit the patent's applicablitly, it should also strengthen the argument of infringement againt those who do infringe, by eliminating the shades of gray they may raise in their counter arguments.
In light of the "more subdued" communications strategy on the MMP issues of late, and in light of inconsistency of emphasis with which PTSC has issued its recent PR's, IMO, it will be very interesting to see how PTSC plays the publicizing of this event, arguably a milepost event in the history of the MMP prosecution.
