Our petition was dismissed - any legal experts?

The petition from June 16th was made by our lawyer Mr. Hennemann to consider an Information Disclosure Statement.

On July 15th the USPTO dismisses this petition.

My understanding is: they did NOT do what we wanted them to do.

But maybe I'm seeing dark clouds where the sky is blue...

Hope some experts can help me out.
