Thanks for pointing out that that actual dismissal was posted on the IFW, as all I had see to date was the listing on the transaction history of the dismissal that stillpoint brought to my attention yesterday.

Now that I've read the dismissal, I am pretty sure my original read on the situation was accurate, and it DOES appear based on th entry that you highlight, that we WILL see the recertified amended patent next Tuesday! Hooray! .....I think! lol
