RG stepped in and used most of the proceeds from the MMP to put this deal together--if it fails it will take a very long time to get anything else together. If RG is leaving now, we may never see anything else from this company considering the make-up of the BOD. I guess we will know more in August, but if RG leaves, I will be very dissapointed. GL, ads
