factors

1.) PDGS will not hit 3-6million by years end... (My guess they will hit 1.5 million)

2.) TPL selling

3.) Lack of communication from PTSC (except for we will not hit our PDGS goal)

IMHO #3 seems to be the factor that has most people upset/discontent... The company keeps us in the dark on many items.. and has been at best not wise with thier statements... RG Cryptic message we exploring MMP possiablities over 3 months ago!! now the Hiring of Baroni... then the statement we will not hit our target of 3-6 million... Why did they say anything!!!! They give us no other news... How About ARS!!! update ...how about the German appeal... this all seems almost unreal... it is like we dealing with the press that puts a slant on the story!!! the slant is negative!!!! I am confused... and not happy!!!

My belief is Lecky wants out beacuase he is in debt and has no money...

Baroni hired to give an accurate value for PDGS Lecky will get shares of PTSC and cash... 584 will get approved Germany will up hold our Patents... 336 and PTO who knows!!!

If my belief is true it seems like PTSC is trying to drive down the share prices... why???? Once again we the long term share holders SHAFTED!!!
