No argument from me there, nor that Greg Baroni seems to be the point man in the hire. The argument comes in that PTSC didn't announce that they hired Greg Baroni, or his McLean, VA, Eclat Consulting firm. They announced that they hired a company that doesn't exist.

Why? Two optoins, IMO, lack of oversight and attention to detail or intentionally misleading of the public. Either way, you'd think the company could answer the question if it was posed to them, yet when it was, they couldn't, and wouldn't.
