I've never been one to cheerlead. Anyone that's been around long enough knows that. Think what you like in that regard.
On the other hand, my memory says that while in this post you profess to counter the cheerleading, you never really did that directly. Since my memory isn't what it used to be I won't pursue that argument. I'll even agree with your assessment of some of the posters here as being clueless and oblivious cheerleaders. I wasn't one of them and I didn't support the posting of anyone categorized as such. Again, anyone that was here knows that.
I do have to wonder aloud tho, when you received your roughly $500,000 in dividends, how come I didn't hear you blasting the decisions of the BOD then. And when those same decisions allowed you a chance to unload millions of shares at probably 30 times what you paid for them, why didn't I hear you chastising the BOD for giving you that opportunity. After all, those dividends that you are now poo-pooing were a big reason as to why this stock went from 6 cents to over $2. I know hindsight is 20/20 and it would be better if that money was in ptsc's coffers right now to be used to grow the company. That way the increase in your portfolio your would be worth more than dividends received. Regardless, I talked to you at breakfast the day of the shareholder meeting in 2006 and not once did I hear you say, You know, the divs are great, but I wish they would have kept the money for expansion. Yep, hindsight is 20/20. Maybe Leckrone led the BOD to believe there would be a lot more money where that came from. Maybe the BOD figured it was better to reward current shareholders because very little money would be coming in. I know I got most of my investment back from those divs, and I figured that was a nice reward for my long time holding.
As far as my being "far far off the mark; often", instead of taking that bait I'll ask you again - where's the plan? What do you think you will achieve by posting over and over again about your negative opinion of the BOD. Where's the change going to come from Brian? I'm not seeing it. Until you can answer that question it would appear to me that your posts are nothing but agenda-driven. Go ahead. Prove me wrong for the umpteenth time.
BTW, if I was always so wrong in my "judgement of truly understanding events here and their ramifications", tell me, are you suggesting that you had a clear and accurate understanding at all times? And how many shares did you sell on the run up to $2.28? My gosh, with such an accurate understanding I would think you would have sold at least a few million. I don't think that's what you were telling people at the time however.
