It takes hours and days to set up an LLC, even in Maryland. Links to show that have already been provided, and my own experience elsewhere reinforces it. An LLC is not and LLC until it is officially registered and recognized as such. In fact, you are not technically allowed to call yourself an LLC UNTIL you go through that process as it implies certain protecions.

And again, you seem to fail to comprehend post after post, so this will be my last to you on this topic as well, THANKFULLY, I'm sure to all. PTSC has issued a PR that contains inaccurate and incorrect information. They are aware of it. So whether the company actually materializes, (which I expect fully that it will), my concerns are with the truthfulness and care with which PTSC does business and reports those activities to me a shareholder. So my concerns are unrelated to what happens to Baroni Management Company LLC in the future, but simply what was happening at the time PTSC reported to me what was happening. At that time, what they told me was inaccurate and misleading. I expect a higher standard from MY company (apparently not yours any longer), and you apparently do not. Simple as that.
