OK Skip we all agree that the BOD is weak and some members should be replaced. What we don't agree on is that the BOD is totally to blame for the decline of the PPS. This would require us to ignore the two biggest contributers Swartz and the USPTO. There is no question that now would be a good time to have some new faces with backgrounds that could cotribute to the marketing of the PDSG products. It does appear that the company recognizes we need some help marketing the PDSG products by bringing in a consultant.
So how do we as investors accomplish the task of replacing the old BOD members? This is the issue imo. I don't see how complaining day after day on this forum and putting down anyone that still has a thread of optomism about this company is the right approach. It's just driving away potential new investors, driving the PPS lower and dividing the longs on this forum.
IMO there needs to be a clear plan laid out to unite us longs and move forward more constuctively. Otherwise lets try to direct the complaining away from each other and to the company where it may do some good.
Again I think most of us agree with much of what Biajj is saying. So now what do we do?
All the best,
Steve
