yes, Patriot does takes very seriously its requirements for full SEC compliance with respect to all matters of corporate governance and disclosure. What it does not take seriously is an approach which would fully inform investors in a timely manor. Why, given the level of success we enjoy, are we satisfied by the lowest level of disclosure required by law, as though that is a virtue?
