I don't know that there is a specific deadline, however, my understanding from others is that typically it takes about 90 days from the time of the "Notice of Intent to Issue the Reexam Ceritificate" to the actual publishing of the finalized patent in the Official Gazette. Without checking to tell you exactly, we are at approximately 90 days.

Additionally, in the last entry on the Image File Wrapper, the examiner notes in his reasons for dismissing the TPL appeal, that the patent is set for publication on tomorrow's schedule, so all indications are tomorrow is the day for the '584.
