@Jakob3000: Der Punkt ist nicht, daß Baroni nicht exzellent vernetzt wäre oder keine spannenden Kontakte hätte, sondern daß die Firma (Baroni Management Company), die PTSC beauftragt hat, nicht existiert. Es geht also um die Sorgfalt, mit der PTSC seine Shareholder informiert ODER seine Partner auswählt.
