for all who whish to answer.
The 548 in my opinion was not hammered at the end of its review at the USPTO like the 336 is being. Why? Was it already weak to the point infringers were not afraid anymore? Does the 336 still carry a bite in their opinion which is why they are throwing everything at it in desperation to try and wound it before its release? This could point to the possibility that the 336 is stronger and still worrysome. Didn't TPL try to keep or bring the 548 back into current litigation in California? Does that mean it is still strong in their opinion? And not a word on the 148? Anyone heard anything on the 148 at all recently? Why no movement in Germany? The way this is playing out its almost like I mentioned Yesterday and you can hear a pin drop because of no comments or actions from the company, especially in Germany. Almost like they have stopped all possible licenses and communication on the MMP while they negotiate something in the background. Makes one wonder what is around the corner brewing! I hope, for at this point that is all I can do that something good comes out of this since I have held so much, for so long.
Good Luck All
