It is news, big news, Plain and simple. It no longer falls under the heading "we will not comment on ongoing exams with the PTO". The PTO has made it official "public news" and putting out a press release will in no way affect any ongoing discussions, negotiations etc. I 'll pay the fee. PTSC would be negligent, imo, if they do not pr it. They even 8-k'd the last news which was hardly necessary. Let's go!
