you can push your efforts behind the curtains to the offenders..I think that PTSC is afraid of publically displaying their win to the world (at least at this particular moment in time)..

I'm not saying that agree with it 100%..but given the litigation, the USPTO, the parties that apply for re-exam after re-exam it may be more prudent to fly under the radar for the time being..and be aggresive with the offenders behind the scene..further based on prior experience with this company..that is what they will do..I could be wrong (I hope I am wrong)..I just don't see them acting in that matter at this time..
