The last time that I spoke with LG, he said that the Intel suit was still in effect. I can`t remember which day that I spoke with him, but I posted the conversation with him here. This new development tells me that we have reached a resolution----either with TPL or with Intel. Wouldn`t it be nice if intel bought out both companies in order to get 100% control of the patent? I remember that he said that Intel`s license with TPL had a ``cloud`` on it.
