I know. I was talking about the fact that B&O being withdrawn from the Intel case as ``new development``. If you look back at my post yesterday, I posted the court dates showing that. If B&O is being removed from Intel--that is new development and tells me that some agreement has been reached. The Moore case is still on the books for the 27th--or was yesterday. I also think that a settlement will be announced next week. The fact that B&O is being removed from Intel case leads me to think that our settlement may be with Intel--or we would have to get new lawyers there also. ads
