It seems you may have missed my latest responses to your post earlier today as you haven't responded as yet. Perhaps you can elaborate, now that I've brought it to your attention. You seem to have some insight that you haven't further explained, and it might be helpful for us here to understand. Thanks in advance.

I doubt it. It is official in my mind if it has been published on the USPTO website. Besides, it was posted very early today and certainly it was fed-x to PTSC yesterday. I'm sorry. it is a government agency and they probably have to use the postal service. Maybe, they won't get it until next week. lol

TPL have agreed to a release.
More FUD, woffle, and piffle by conveniently forgetting the Master Agreement - I wonder why?

Are you suggesting that this news is actually NEWS to TPL & PTSC?! Surely you don't BELIEVE that. If there is a PR in the offing, any qualified company would have it already drafted, proofed, wordsmithed, and approved by all parties already. If they don't already have one worked out, then it's likely they don't plan to release one at all.
That they haven't released one yet doesn't indicate to me that they don't plan to nor that they haven't agreed to one with TPL, but simply, that they haven't released it yet for PR reasons. To think they're still working on one with TPL is to REALLY think poorly of our management and of TPL. Even in my most critical thoughts of them, I don't think they are that inept. I wouln't be surprised to see one after market close today, or by the end of the week. If not by then, I'd suspect we won't see one at all and that it would be an indication that the '584 recert, while great, isn't a game changer.

No, I'm stating that, as per the Master Agreement, TPL would have to agree to any patent-related PR.
As you recently mentioned, some news is due on the other patents. Had you contemplated the possibility that they might be awaiting the outcome of other re-examinations before announcing the current recertification?
Thought not, as that wouldn't help in constantly berating the BoD.
I am very happy that you are able to determine the worth, or otherwise, of a recertified patent simply on the basis of whether or not an announcement is made.
I prefer to await the input of qualified EEs as to its merit.

Well, you thought incorrectly. I considered a combo PR, but as I've posted, the '336 decision is likely a little ways off at best from being posted on the transaction history, and even then, the OFFICIAL publication of the '336 if it does get recertified is over three months away. So, to delay this announcement to then, would seem impractical at best, and at worse, reinforces the point I make that you take issue with.
As for the "worth" of the patents, the ONLY worth that is of consequence to ME, an investor in PTSC, is how it is reflected in the shareprice. Clearly, to date, there is little reflection of increased worth of the '584, recertified or otherwise, and as reinforced by the lack of licensing activity recently. Whether an EE on a message board states otherwise, is an interesting perspective to rely on, as the language in the amended patent has been available to the PERTINENT EE's that MATTER in determining the WORTH of the patent for sometime, and to date doesn't seem to have effected any change. So, from that perspective, a PUBLIC annnouncement by the COMPANY, will, IMO, prove the worth of the recertified '584 far more accurately than your EE's review. Wouldn't you agree?

No.
The precise wording of claim 29 was only made publically available today, not weeks ago, as you suggest.

I'll simply suggest that you go to the Image File Wrapper for the pertinent reexam, and review the language of the amended claim that was listed with the Notice of Intent to Issue Reexam Certificate, and compare it to the language in today's Official Gazette, and let us know what you find.
