I'm sure the big boys and the rest of the industry are following this case and I hope TPL is notifying the infringers as to what has happened. If they're not - well what can we say.

RG can come out with a PR stating Patriot is set to bring in billions and the SP would do nothing. The SP simply won't respond to anything with the exception of mega bucks coming in. Once bitten/burned - twice shy.
