Statements related to ARM here are:

Sirius points out that processors made by ARM Ltd. are found within most of the allegedly infringing Sirius products.

All the accused products share a key infringing microprocessor component manufactured by ARM, Ltd.

Sirius’ products also incorporate microprocessor components manufactured by ARM, Ltd., which are covered by TPL’s MMP patents.
